What Career Roles Do We Take ?

KataCliniKa Limited has defined three career roles to respond to demand and resource needs. The first role is the Practitioner, the second is the Mentor, and the third is the Referee. New and young generation of experts are encouraged to take on each of these roles in progressive manner. Older generation of experts are taking the role of being Referees, after being Practitioners and/or Mentors. Career seekers do not have to be staff of KataCliniKa Limited to take any of these roles as long as each can do what KataCliniKa Limited have done and obtain KataCliniKa or KataSoniKa brand certification or trademark licence. Please see OJC and Services.

The Practitioner Role is the sociological expectation of a professional in his/her respective field of expertise. The Role is a response to the social expectation. It is usually prescribed by an organisational structure and defined by a job description.

The Mentor Role is a former or current Practitioner taking on an additional or a new responsibility of training and preparing an existing practitioner to do a specific job up to a certain standard of quality.

The Referee Role is a former or current Mentor or Practitioner taking on an additional or new responsibility of reviewing the work of an existing practitioner to do a specific job up to a certain standard of quality.
